Before becoming a full-time illustrator and writer, Henry Cole’s passion was teaching elementary and middle school science. He has worked on more than 50 books, including Naughty Little Monkeys, Jack’s Garden, On the Way to the Beach, and Can You Make a Piggy Giggle? Henry enjoys gardening, birding, movies, traveling, but most of all he enjoys illustrating. He now calls Washington, D.C. and the island of Aruba home.
