Kathy-jo enjoys writing about nature, folklore, and its effect on all our lives. She is a frequent guest speaker and presenter for associations, school districts, and conferences throughout the country. She lives in Minnetonka, Minnesota.

Photographer Ed Wargin is originally from Duluth, Minnesota, Ed has worked professionally as a photojournalist, a fine art black and white printer and a commercial photographer. The culmination of these professional experiences have helped him become a renowned nature landscape photographer, photographing for his fine art print collections and creating imagery for his award-winning coffee table books and children's titles. He is married to children's author Kathy-jo Wargin, and they make their home in Minnetonka Minnesota.
